Ravaged by a history of conflict, poverty and now the HIV/AIDS pandemic, Uganda is home to more than 3 million orphaned and vulnerable children.
Geelong2Uganda, a group of self funded volunteers, wants to make a difference in the lives of these children who live in the slums of Kampala. In April 2011, they will travel to Uganda and provide Health Clinics, HIV/AIDS Education, Mother and Baby Checks, School and Community Programs.
Project 2011 will make a difference in the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children.
